  Caravan Stay Sites very big. You are not on top of each other. Mostly concrete sites. Grounds immaculate. Very quiet area. About 8 On suite toilets sites but pretty well booked out on our visit. Plenty room for Kids can run around. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Pet Friendly 2 camp kitchen One needs update.( nearest one to office) Toilets very clean but hot water was fair. Appears female toilets had heating but males were not working correctly. About 3-4 kilometres from town. Indoor heated lap pool and outdoor pool and kids pool. Spa but not working on this visit. Gym but some equipment not working this visit. Games room ping pong table and billiards table ( not working this visit) Couple of kids playgrounds. Cafe at main office serving tea coffee milkshake etc Sell milk drinks and food Free WiFi in common area only TV reception good

  Our family booked an Ensuite Caravan Sites for a week which was big (concrete caravan and awning space, grassed area in between and concrete car park space). Ensuite clean and good size. Very quiet area. Heaps of room for children to run around and explore. Reception Staff were helpful, especially with booking in and local info. Short distance to town/shops. During July the Indoor heated lap pool and spa were fantastic (very chlorinated however so bring goggles).

  Pond was very smelly first thing in the morning. Not much toiletries. Rooms were clean and well set out. Good heating. Bit far out of town but good amenities for kids. Good parking.

  Having stay for many years at Cobram in the apartments have changed to wheelchair accessible cabin. This cabin is great plenty of room to move around. The staff at Cobram have always been very friendly and nothing is to much trouble. Pool and gym are also great hopefully will get back there again thank you to all.

  Nice place and close to the town centre, it has an indoor pool/ outside pool/tennis courts(2)/play ground and ping pong table for play as well. Receptionists are very friendly. Rooms are just standard nice and tidy but a bit old, overall it is a pretty good place to spend over the weekend

  Enjoyed staying here. We stayed in a caravan which was very spacious and the grass and gardens were well kept and clean. The toilets were modern and clean and always spelt nice. However, it was low season and hardly any caravans at the same time. The games room was great. We couldn't gain access to the gym. Unsure why and the pool was great, especially when its cold and there is an indoor poor. No lights though and the pool got closed around 5.30pm mark which is the only reason for a lower star rate. Would have been nicer to have lights and the pool open for longer. Its a 4 min drive to woollies and town.

  This was our first stay at this place and I must say we were so impressed.
  Apartment (13) was super clean and spacious. Having a laundry and a dishwasher was just wonderful.
  Indoor pool and spa was so warm, which we absolutely loved.
  Only thing that was a little inconvenience was pre-booking of the gym, so you were on timing.

  Love the park. They have an inside and outside pool to cater for all weather conditions. The caravan sites are really large (the ones we've stay on) which gives you plenty of room to play with the kids. There's also a playground and jumping pillow.

  Lovely staff in Reception / Cafe / Resort staff.
  Excellent amenities, pool / gym /games room /camp kitchens & several bbq's, also a lake.
  Resort very clean & well kept.
  Cafe serves meals, big breakfast etc, also excellent coffee.
  Returning in a couple months for another week in a deluxe park cabin. ☺️

  If you are visiting country Victoria along the Murray River, the RACV Cobram resort is the place to stay.
  The front desk staff are professional, friendly and helpful. Making check-in on arrival so smooth with no stress.
  I booked a 3 night stay, and it was very easy to book direct via the RACV website, and if you are a member of the RACV then there are great deals to be had on the room rates.
  The cabins are very nice ,clean and cosy. I loved it and also how quiet it is to at the resort.
  The resort has many great amenities, it has a lake, tennis courts, children's playgrounds, undercover BBQ areas, indoor games building and best of all indoor heated pool. For those who do not feel the cold there is also outdoor pool too.
  
  I highly recommend this accommodation holiday resort.
